This class includes both the Food Handler and Food Protection Manager courses.
All participants will begin class at 8:30 AM.

At 11:30 AM, Food Handler participants will take their exam.
Food Protection Manager participants will break for lunch from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, then continue training in the afternoon. The Manager exam will begin at 2:30 PM.
